Delete your Orb Lab account
In the app
- Open Orb Lab and tap your Profile (top left of the main screen).
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
- Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
If the app is no longer installed
Email info@messtgames.com from any address with the subject "Orb Lab account deletion" and include your player name. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Your player profile (name, avatar), your sign-in keys, the link to your Google or Apple account and its email address (and, for Apple, we revoke the app's access with Apple), daily puzzle results and leaderboard entries, level results, and league points, results and trophies. Deleted data may remain in server logs and backups for up to 14 days.
What is not deleted
Purchases stay in your Google Play (or App Store) account; the stores keep their own records. Ad-related data is handled by Google under its own policy. Progress saved only on your phone (levels, stars, hints, settings) is removed when you uninstall the app.
